A Chamber of Commerce Membership not only benefits you, it benefits the community as a whole.

We organize and host the Red Lake District Chamber of Commerce Trade Show in which Chamber of Commerce Members receive free advertising.

We offer and promote ‘Chamber Bucks’ (valid only at Chamber Members businesses) to encourage the community to shop local and support local business.

We remind the community to shop local throughout the year through advertising campaigns.

We support the Norseman Festival each year by donation and volunteer time helping out during Family Night.

We offer a $500 bursary to a Red Lake District High School graduate registering in a post secondary program.

We host the All Candidates Night at the Legion for the Municipal Elections.

We have taken an active role in the organization of the Santa Claus Parade.

We support the Red Lake Touring Region and the Red Lake District Publicity Board in their efforts to market the Red Lake area as a tourism destination.

We answer inquiries from within the area and from out of town for visitors and prospective residents.

We are able to offer Chamber Members access to The Chamber of Commerce Group Insurance Plan.

We are a member of NOACC (Northwestern Ontario Associated Chambers of Commerce) so that we can work co-operatively on common issues with regional, provincial and national organizations to advance the goals of our membership through the formulation of public policy.

We invite general members to Quarterly Meetings to participate with local decision-making and to hear speakers on local issues.
