Dr. Donaldson, Dr. Powell and Dr. Simpson first established the dental office in the mid 80s. It ran for 13 years before being handed off to Dr. Sawa in 1993. In 2007 Dr. Kostyantyn Bulavintsev took over. The practice now consists of Dr. Kostyantyn Bulavintsev, D.D.S. Dr. Eline Chow, B.Sc, D.M.D. and Mr. Norman Alaire, R.D.H.
