The Keewatin Patricia District School Board is responsible for public education in the Keewatin Patricia District in Northwestern Ontario, which extends from Kenora in the west, Red Lake in the north, Dryden, Ignace in the east, Sioux Lookout in the northeast and Sioux Narrows in the south. The school board has two main offices, one in Dryden and the other in Kenora. In the Red Lake area, the Keewatin Patricia District School Board oversees the Golden Learning Centre, Red Lake Madsen Public School, and the Red Lake District High School.
