The Chukuni River Greenhouses has some of the most beautiful flowers as well as various other plants. Carol and Ralf Fischer are local owners and operators, their business is at 10 Pickerel Dr. in the Chukuni River Subdivision. The greenhouses are open from May to July every year for plant sales and all summer long for black earth and fertilizers. There are three greenhouses which hold everything from tomato plants to perennials, annuals, and everything in between. Chukuni River Campground is also located on the Chukuni River, just off HWY 105 on Pickerel Drive as you cross Chukuni River Bridge heading to Balmertown. It is a family owned and operated campground, with a shore launch, showerhouse with a washer and dryer, and a stand up freezer for guests that need to freeze fish. There are 30amp sites for the R.V's, with upgrades to 50 amp available for an additional fee. There is a dump station available and docks are available for rent.
