Red Lake Holistic Health Services is Red Lake’s first and only Acupressure and Shiatsu service in the area. It is now located at 140 Howey Street in downtown Red Lake, along with Sunrise Chiropractic.
It was first introduced to the community at the Norseman Festival and Trout Forest Music Festival in 2008. A “Chair-Shiatsu” booth was set-up at the events. August 1st, 2008 was the first opening of a permanent office. Crystul Trull, owner, is the hands behind the Acupressure Shiatsu bodywork preformed on clients. Her knowledge of Acupressure allows her to tailor sessions to accommodate any client that comes in; the athlete, the elderly, those seeking emotional release and those that are seeking lifestyle and diet recommendations.
Officially, the services Crystal offers are called Oriental Bodywork Therapy, Energy Medicine and Iridology. Red Lake Holistic Health Services also has a wide array of products and resources in a lending library available to check. Inquiries can be made about Tai-chi instruction, Meditation practice, and Yoga classes.
