The Balmer Hotel is Balmertown's popular full service hotel & restaurant. It is located on 5th Street in the centre of Balmertown. The Balmer was first established in 1967, and is currently owned and managed by Joseph and Carole Marion. Each room has recently been modified with high speed internet, fridge, and microwave. It offers a wide range of services including a shuttle service to and from the airport in Cochenour, dining, and a bar.
The bar, one of Red Lake's most popular, offers pool tables, a dance floor, and great music every weekend. Occasionally, local and traveling bands are featured as 'weekend entertainment'. Shuttle service home is available on weekends as well.
The licensed restaurant is a great place to have dinner with friends and family. Dinner parties can call and reserve tables for large gatherings any day of the week! They offer a three course menu with different specials every day.
